About us
Your tasks
- You will edit our YouTube videos independently – from raw footage to the
finished video
- You ensure the right pace, timing, humor, and a modern YouTube look
- You incorporate relevant memes, clips, B-roll, music, and sound effects
- You optimize audio, color grading, and the overall flow of the video
- You identify which scenes work – and which ones should be cut
- You contribute your own ideas to the editing process and existing formats
- You work closely with Sascha and our team
- You help us continuously evolve and improve our videos
Your profile
You don't need a perfect resume. What matters more to us is that you understand YouTube
and are genuinely passionate about content.
Ideally, you:
- already have experience in video editing
- are proficient with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
- consume a lot of YouTube, TikTok, or Twitch yourself
- have a feel for current trends, memes, and internet culture
- know how to build suspense, comedy, and storytelling through editing
- work independently and can take on responsibility
- are reliable and can keep track of things even on larger projects
- are open to feedback while also bringing your own ideas to the table
If you have already edited YouTube videos or social media content: even
better.
